What chafes me is that in the original deal there was to be a processing contract that USPR could participate in that provided almost immediate cash flow to USPR. Made sense. The new deal has no process contract. USPR's "ore" will be processed. What ore? USPR is to get "their own" plant built in beautiful downtown 29 Palms California. So What? Why there? If USPR's ore is to be processed why not build the plant in Mexico? What patented technology is RTC/PTH in possession of that is exclusive, better than the competition in plasma or of value to USPR?

I repeat, this does NOT look like it is a deal structured for the benefit of USPR share holders. It is good for Pane and insiders, what's in it for USPR shareholders?
