Don't be so niave Geo .... Insider trading goes on ALL THE TIME.

Go have lunch with a smaller broker that sets up small cap companies for the "penny exchanges". You will lose your innocence.

They've tightened the reins a little bit over the last decade ... but not much.

Look at these guys running algorithms and ultra high speed networks .... they even out smart the Banks. They know the trades nano seconds before they happen and beat the trades. Small amounts so no one really "notices". The Stock exchanges know whats going on ... self regulation ... no one cares ... and the little guys get killed over and over again. So if ONE guy knows someone that has a bit of info ........... take it and run ...... cause if you don't .. they will. GUARANTEEDED. Morals or not ... it's dog eat dog. That .... is capitalism.
