While I understand the methodologies, they can be used as a factor, but geology is so drastically different even a mile or two away, that comparable transactions is not reliable.

Having said that, are there any market comps for the Ruby, etc.

Replacement costs is even more futile as money spent is not a indication of value. Consider the cost of mining and abandoning the white channel or the two failed raises. I could see some value for infrastructure like the wash plant and rail, but those are diminished by NBRI's failure to produce.

Lastly, I see very little value to royalties from a property without reserves and incompetent miners.

A farm in agreement is valuable, but only as good as the counter party.
