False. LPC has no choice over when they "buy"shares. AMBS can sell shares to them as low as .04 which is unlikely as milestones continue to be reached. So for you to make it sound as though LPC can push the PPS down to .04 then say we want to buy share is a complete lie.

AMBS has cash in hand to operate through 2014.
