Why buy back any shares when they will continie to decline anyway as the pace and ferocity of the conversions will continue to increase over the next six months? I was not joking when I used terms such as "open season on NBRI stock courtesy of the VC's" and "endless conversion season is about to be on the stock". Buying back stock would be futile. It is in the spiral and this is what I told that rook CEO would happen when he started taking out large notes to attempt to mine blindly. This is what happens when you skip the most important phases of running a public mining operation to even have a chance at success.
