NDA - Non Disclosure Agreement - violation award from ZTE to VRNG. As pointed out earlier in a post, ZTE has till 3 Nov 14 to respond to V's motion for judgement re NDA violation. V has till 20 Nov 14 to give answer to ZTE's response.
Judge Kaplan already intimated his thinking regarding a rather large penalty award during his conference with counsels.
Care to estimate how much will V get. Much needed for accelerated cash-burn.
I believe it will be >than 20 Mil. Thus a 20-30 cent add-on to pps. Very high probability!
