Oct. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- IC Places, Inc. (OTC Pink: PNCH) announces today it has effected three Corporate actions which will take effect at the open of business Monday 10/20/2014.
In conjunction with the Company's launch on Imagination TV, it is changing its name to Imagination TV, Inc. The Company will also change its trading symbol from PNCH to IMTV.
Lastly, the Company will restructure its current issued and outstanding share structure with a 1-300 reverse split.
The name change of IC Places, Inc. (PNCH) to "Imagination TV, Inc." will be announced 10/17/2014 on our FINRA's Daily List.
The new symbol will be PNCHD. The D will be removed in 20 business days and the new symbol will be IMTV.
