Jorge, We would like to know if you have received any SUTI shares in your deal to become board member and merge with SUTI.
Heck, a billion shares for PRPM'ers, half a billion for the SUTI'ers after the reverse split, some for you? We may have to raise the authorized to do any more business. The moneylenders don't give money away for nothing.
Have you been given SUTI shares for whatever role you have with SUTI?
How many? Are they restricted or free trading?
That would be a material event that could affect shareholder value.
Thoughts?

Dear Shareholders of Pro-Tek Capital/Luxuriant Holdings OTC stock symbol PRPM:

Kolbe Global Logistics LLC regrets to inform you that as of today August 17,2014 KGL/EcoVape is no longer associated with PRPM. This is due to the Failure of Deadlines on PRPM's part of funding Kolbe.
Most of you have been with us since we were introduced on Feb. 20,2014 as a start up company. The PR stated that we were to be funded immediately. We were told that funds would be made available once PRPM had accumulated companies under their umbrella. We agreed to wait for funding. During around the same time there was talk about Davyd Field and his company Vortex that could have a significant impact to PRPM and their shareholders to which Kolbe could benefit from such an agreement to Davyd's vast network of companies associated with the young marijuana sector of the market. We here at Kolbe were generous enough to wait a little while longer as to see what relationship Luther Jeffries and Davyd Field could do for PRPM and its shareholders.
We all know what came from their relationship. It started as a great combination of projects Davyd had in mind for all . A website was created from Davyds team and news from Luther announcing the attendance of the Big Show in Denver April 2014.
During this time Kolbe was asked to provide a quote and business plan for transportation of marijuana throughout the State of Washington from the Growers that both Luther and Davyd was going to bring into the Luxuriant Holdings Umbrella of companies. We here created what was to be a multi Million Dollar Distribution Center of Operations including Logistics , Warehousing and Staging areas throughout the State of Washington. We were told that the plan was excellent and that Operations would soon commence once enough growers were to be added to the company.
As soon as the date of the Big Show was to be attended there was a falling out between Luther and Davyd for reasons only they know and no one else...Between the end of April to the end of May Luther kept coming back after agreeing to new terms that they didnt have that type of Money and if we could come down in price for funding . We came down from the initial $300,000 to $100,000 to which he agreed and told me there would be NO Problem in getting Kolbe that amount
Then along came the Global Lock which halted the stock from being traded only certain Brokerages were allowed to keep trading. Luther asked me to stay on with PRPM saying that once the Lock was lifted he would make sure Kolbe would be funded 100% after the lifting of the lock....and then Luther Jeffries stopped communicating with Kolbe. Throughout all this time from early November 2013 Kolbe went from testing EcoVape to perfecting it, to where we are at today and announced we will be attending the Cannabis Cup Seattle September 6-7 2014.
In July 2014 I received a text from Luther telling me that the lock would be lifted very soon and dedicate to funding Kolbe 100% and PRPM were getting the funds together to Fund Kolbe after the final Proposal I gave Luther($50,000.00 to which $25,000 cash & $25,000 in shares) . We talked about the plans Kolbe had after attending the Cannabis Cup and Luther was very very interested in becoming a partner with us. The following week Luther told me the Lock was to be lifted the following weds and trading were to come back to normal for PRPM. We discussed more of our business plan . The Following Weds. came and went with the Lock still in place to which he told me by the following weeks end all Brokerages were to be open for trading. At that time we agreed that the Transfer of Funding were to be deposited in Kolbe's Account by the end of the business day August 8, 2014 if not, Kolbe would walk away from the deal because it was told to Luther that Investors were going to attend the Cup in Seattle to talk business with Kolbe for possible Investing in Kolbe. On August the 8th Luther wanted me to be in a morning Multi Conference call between he, his team and I that would last all morning long. I waited on the morning of the 8th all morning long with NO phone call. I finally got a text from Luther stating he had been in talks with his people and that the Money should be wired that day . They Failed to transfer. He therefore offered me part ownership of a sister company they had as a more positive example of how he wanted to partner with me if I would give them another week to transfer the Funds. I told him they had until the end of the business day Aug. 15,2014 or the deal was off..we agreed and we announced that the Full agreement was made. All this past week I was assured the funds would be in Kolbe's account. By the end of the business day August 15,2014. No Funds were Transferred. His last Ditch effort this past Friday was, he told me his Boss Eddie Vakser would call me personally to discuss the Funds Situation and to give him one more day. I told him he was now wasting my time But I would accept the call from His BOSS Eddie Vakser to discuss the Funds Situation...as of today August 17th 2014 at 10:15 am PDT I have yet to receive a phone call from Luther's BOSS Eddie Vakser. ... I have to protect Kolbe Global Logistics LLC interests and I have decided to break away from any business dealings with Protek Capital PRPM for Failure to Fund Kolbe/EcoVape and continue our original business plan to debut EcoVape at the Cannabis Cup in Seattle and meet with other Investors interested with Kolbe and to continue our plans in expanding into the Oregon Market

Best Regards,
