No that is not what happened. KO stated that in the fake email from Tina that the creditors sold the assets. That never happened. All records state that Telogis bought substantially all assets directly from RMTD thorough Telogis's offshore umbrella company in Oslo, Norway in order to hide the transaction. RMTD was not that much in debt to begin with at all as you can see from the filings.

They can call it a self foreclosure or fraud to steal from shareholders or whatever they want. It is what it is regardless.
