IMO, probably because Judge Oing more than likely already knows how he will rule and how he will grant his Summary Judgment. There is no doubt that Pfizer is in breach. The question is damages. There is a fine line between the damages Pfizer caused vs. Intellects previous executive management. Either a settlement or judgment from $2M-$10M will mostly likely happen. Getting any money from this settlement/judgment will not save Intellect. IMO, if Maza does not hire a science officer, that's speaks volumes regarding where this company is headed. If you see ILNS in one of those penny promoting rags, and you receive an email alert from one of the rags for ILNS right before the OX1 trial results next month, this company is dead.
