That is exactly what happened to almost every OTC stock! When the price went down mostly people just jumped off the ship and dumped their shares at the bid ASAP. Then for the same stock when the price bounced up the same group of people quickly chased in the rally and pushed the price to much much higher price levels... The good example is GLDG's trading activities in late August: they sold at the previous 52-week low 0.0006 or 0.0007 due to fear, then bought back at 0.001 ~ 0.0012 just one day later (see the chart below)! I really don't understand why people were willing to sell the shares at the real bottom 0.0002 since only 500K shares actually sold at 0.0001 in the public market (which can be confirmed by that chart below)?
