They're gonna raise the AS again. Hassle? Scam artists aren't hassled by simple filings to raise AS. Very simple to do. Marty is a crook. There is no Chinese revs period. People need to quit that regurgitating that nonsense. He fooled every one here about huge revs to sell a story. He's gonna keep selling shares because the professional fees and 400k salary require it. Rinse wash and repeat is what happened and what will continue to happen. Nothing more nothing less. 6 months down the line, a new group of investors will show up to buy the ewaste hyper growth story and how 2014 was about painful growth and now 2015 everything is rosy once more. I'll be here to see this scam shut down. Convertibles notes up the wazoo will insure this scam goes no where.
