your company is in a confiscated file cabinet, behind a sheriff's "seizure of property" notice in tustin, CA . . . RXPC cannot return to the market as a public entity without filing past due 10Ks, charter needs the paperwork or it's all over . . .

ok, maybe the files aren't in the building, but who really knows? . . . charter, i hope . . .
