What I find interesting is the way they're going about the R/S. Usually in the rinse and repeat scams, when the company does a R/S, they leave the A/S unchanged. Here we have a filing for a R/S, but they're reducing the A/S as well. If the share dumping is to continue, I'd think they would leave the A/S at 6 billion. Martie could raise the A/S again after the split, but it would be less hassle to leave the A/S unchanged. Also the timing is strange...why do this right before the Q?
