The price-to-sales ratio (.34) is much lower than the competition (3.15) and the industry average (3.16) indicating underevaluation. There is buying interest at these price levels, the RSI is making a new high. And though penny stocks can be super volatile, according to the bv/s this security is worth a proximity of double it's market value of .12 per share. Furthermore, the small caps are due for a bounce or turn around next week, it could be interesting.
