Some have insinuated that Bayport is selling all its shares into the market, in fact some have said that they already did that a few weeks ago. I have continued to verify with the transfer agent (480-481-3940) as to the size of the O/S. That size has not increased in quite a while. In fact it remains at 44,490,002 out of an authorized size of 700M. Additionally, Jim Porter, the CEO, has been talked about by many on the board as having been nominated as Micro-Cap Ethical CEO of the year for 2013. Someone with that standing would be upfront with shareholders.
