Since Dan supplied the cash I doubt he is taking it so that leaves Scott or Cam.
Now the question that this raises is that they only had 250K. That was supposed to be the future for shareholders and one of those 3 just pocketed 20% of the cash.
Why is it that the company is struggling and someone in the office decided their personal needs were more important?
Honestly.... WTF did any of them need with $50K? I could see if someone hasn't made their house payment because funds were not available that they would use some of the cash to keep above water and continue forward but $50K is not just some cash to get by on for a few months.
IMO one of the 3 (scott) is extremely selfish to take 20% of what little cash they have to start up with.
