Guys DTC chill is the only thing holding this stock down. There is obvious progress being made I wish the company will announce them. I do not believe the stock trading is a reflection of the business activities. It is hurting shareholders but that is something the SEC has now got involved in.
Please see recent SEC comments on indefinite DTC chills, which is affecting a lot of businesses that entered the] market through reverse merger. From my conversation with the company, the stock is chilled for issuances done by previous owners in 2006. They hope the new SEC opinion will release the chill so the stock can trade again and reflect proper valuation. I asked what happened if the chill continue I was told the divisions will have to be spinned out as each start to generate revenue as independent public companies. We may end up making more money than we all think.
People can be negative all they want, what is important to me is the continuing progress I am seeing on the business side. Obviously some people see some value otherwise how is it staying alive with all these development there must be a ton of private investors at the table ala NFL players? Maybe? But it is getting funded some kind of way. Every time I called there is a receptionist and there are other people you get to talk and can tell it is a functioning operation. So each can believe what they want. This business is not your everyday bogus pink sheet.
Verizon bring business and SC advertising platform makes money, simple as that, this new site the company shared with me simply convinces me there is money coming down the road. Don't forget ECDC already has major advertising clients that it can send into SC. If you have not been on the Vir2o site should and see the type of advertisers on the platform, take those and put them with SC and you see the revenue pipeline. My hope is that management can put it all together.
As far as liability insurance is concerned I can bet you a $100.00 he has one. It is a requirement to be a Verizon partner. GLTA
