AM I WRONG?? I was right about the technology, and BTW the ITC got the decision WRONG. DEAD WRONG. They went the way of "we really dont understand how this thing works, but because we HAVE TO make a decision,we are going with "its way too complicated and the two functions of frequency and clock propagation can't be separated, so we are going to go with the respondents". Grewals MARKMAN and his decision in the NDOC were spot on and are indicative of his MIT pedigree. He understands about how the CLOCK PROPAGATION and its USEFUL BIAS FREQUENCY are separate functions and NOTHING CAN FUNCTION WITHOUT THE CLOCK ON THE CPU!!!! The PLL is there in the circuit BECAUSE OF THE CLOCK ON THE CPU!!! Anyways, its in the hands of the appeals court now, and because they are looking at it DE NOVO, its a tossup. YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE COMPLETELY INSANE TO HOLD THROUGH THIS MAËLSTROM OF CRAP!!!! SELL SELL SELL!!!!!
