Why would Advanced Cell Technology, Inc. want to purchase a shell with heavy debt and no income except from selling shares? If anything they would look to license Dr. Casey's technology if they thought it was valid. But then again, Advanced Cell Technology, Inc. already has FDA approval for their processes.
