I feel it is not only a stall tactic but also a way to cull out some certs. The final date to give them all the information is Nov. 15th. I just happened to look here on Ihub for the first time in a month. If I had gone 2 months I would have lost all my certs according to their letter. I received my certs early on and none of my information has changed. If these do turn out to be good I would have lost over thirty thousand dollars by not noticing the Nov. 15th cutoff date.
