I don't think it is being manipulated, it's just nothing is happening that we know of. Andy promised a $30 million deal announcement last quarter and it never materialized. I don't think that when he recently reiterated the guidance for next year, that that was his way of announcing the deal.
At least I hope not. It is a material event and even if the company the deal is with, did not want it pr'ed, I think he still would have had too.

So we lanquish here and the market going up or down really does not effect us the way a good pr or bad happening would.
