It is normal good business practice for all acquiring companies to insure that all non-common shares be processed into common shares before a buyout or merger is announced. Those with substantial shares will need to transfer them rather than trade them for premium shares of the acquiring company. IMHO this is what is happening now. I expect this to occur before any announced news about MJ ventures or 3rd quarter financials...so unless the acquirer trades stock for stock, we should reap our long benefits soon.
