Vanis has been peddling the store count as a stand in for sales for a LONG time.
286 Stores as of November 29th, 2013 (from the MINE website)
Then, from the latest 10-Q which was for the period ended 4/30:
"As of April 30, 2014, Level 5 had retail listings in over 400 stores and online listing through Amazon.com."
The point:
As of that same 4/30 date sales of the 2 products that were actually brought to market totaled $12,381 since their introduction. (By the way, they apparently hadn't been paid for them as of 4/30.)
