How do we know we will know a lot more relatively soon? I've been hearing relatively soon now for, as it was pointed out to me today, almost 2 years. So how do we know we will know a lot more relatively soon?

Not only have we been hearing soon, soon, soon, since I've been here, how many self-imposed timeframes has USPR missed?
