I would not hold any shares at this point. There will be plenty of time to buy in if the HTC appeal works out for PTSC. Even then it would only be a buy at around 4-5c because, due to the lower license potential from the HTC award, I see PTSC maxing out at 8-10c. If the HTC appeal works out the stock will spike then pull back pending actual financial results being revealed in PTSCs financials. I would look to buy shares then if it happens then sell right before the earnings are revealed because I do not think they will live up to expectations. Good luck my friend.
