Those are good points. Things have changed and companies aren't prophetic. HC has definitely screwed up royally. Themselves, Canadians, businesses and investors.

I guess my takeaway from that PR was "we can still conduct business under the old rules" or, "we will be able to conduct business unde the old rules,"; versus now: "we are not conducting business under the old rules."
