From that day to today, HC came up with bunch of new regulations. Also, company can make changes to its business plans without updating shareholders. Yes, they released the PR but it doesn't mean that they have to execute after HC regulations changed. If there is no need or profit why stick to PR?

There are 10+ unlisted licensed producers that are waiting to be announced. They basically grow a crop and shamefully destroy it, so HC can see if they can grow etc.

Abattis is not the only company that hoped to receive license earlier or waiting for HC to move on quicker.
