You are a master of disingenousness and logical fallacy.

1. I am not stating Abattis is a scam. I do not know this. I am suspicious and asking questions. Is that not a good quality?
2. You are wholly misrepresenting the PR. The PR suggests that valid licenses may be "potentially transferred to Abattis facilities with pending MMPR license applications enabling the Company to grow and sell medical marijuana sooner than first planned." Obviously, this hope was false. Also, the PR outright states that "this recent development is very positive for Abattis..." among other positive statements and plans that have been proven either false or failed over the past 7 months.

3. For you to resort to ad hominem attacks and straw man arguments ("you just don't understand business..." and "you are staying Abattis is a scam) underscores the weakness of your points and your desperation.
