Hey all, just thought I'd give my two cents and experience thus far.

I sent the email with my information earlier today (as requested by letter sent out) and
I am very pleased to say I got a prompt response saying thank you for submitting the info.

I'd like to hear if anyone else successfully sent the email and received a response.
The response is a definite sign of improvement, seeing as contact was near impossible
due to a hiatus (perhaps?)

Anyways, I found it extremely encouraging, and it's gotta be a sign that they plan to help
people get AND redeem certs. (JMO)
