Yes HALTED, the centralized market OTC Link wasnt functioning properly on open and thus not all orders were displayed as some of the brokers could not access the market. OTC tried to fix the problem in the first hour and was unable to get it running properly so FINRA put a trading Halt in place until OTC markets could fix the issue. Word has it should be up at 12:45 or so.

Guess we will see.
