There may be no doubt in your mind but when is USPR gonna prove it?

I've been hearing for over a year now, and I'm sure it's been said for a long time before that, that we know there's billions in gold at USPR. If the 43-101 and the drilling in 2008 and 2010 were so great, and showed everyone enough to KNOW that USPR has so much gold, how come that didn't move USPR to $3 already?

Doesn't the fact that everything that USPR has done to make us "know" there's billions in gold at USPR yet USPR does not reflect a stock price as if there actually are billions in gold by now say that maybe not so much with the hinting and the knowing?
