I really liked that report from SA, Mr. Smith he really nailed it, the Fresh Diet would not have sold their company for a stock deal if they thought that the stock would be going down.

Since IVFH paid with stock instead of cash, Fresh Diet owners won't be missing out on any of the upside that will come from the value added to IVFH shares from this transaction. Fortunately for current IVFH shareholders, the majority of The Fresh Diet owners were the new Fresh Diet executives. The interests of The Fresh Diet's management are fully aligned with the current shareholders of IVFH's stock.
