thankfully we are not suing ZTE for patent infringement in China or the USA.
I doubt we would get much justice in either jurisdiction if history is anything to go by.
I would like to see VRNG capitulate and go for half what they asked for.
40c-$1 per handset would still likely mean tens of millions of dollars to VRNG and a huge reduction in cash burn. and more importantly it would mean that most VRNG investors at least get a return on investment.
what we have right now is extremely low investor sentiment and confidence in managements abilities to turn this ship around.
if the en banc review is denied before ZTE settles then I can see this stock tanking even further... possibly down to 30c-50c range IMO.
