They won't be able to sell 150 Million shares, whenever they can, without a pretty good Boom of the PPS.
By heart, i think the best Daily Volumes of RAMO were around 10 million or so...
Moreover, better make a deal with a debt holder instead of waiting the due date of the debt to bring the PPS down.
With shares already in his hands, that debt holder is having confidence that the co. will bring something great on the table and he is also willing to take more time to be fully paid...
No chance of default on that debt also, now...
He's kind of already paid with shares...
He will be paid fully and more by being willing to sell his shares on the way up, just like a good trader...
He cannot lose, he has his shares...
It's like a long term debt without ant fixed date, interest % or penalties...
