Again, ALL COMPANIES on pinks have that statement in filings! This is not isolated to PMBS! All developing pink and otc companies have a disclaimer about debt and earning money and finance..all! And most have a lot more debt than PMBS and billions outstanding at millions in mc. Its not free or cheap to grow a company and you wouldn't get a stock for 100k mc if not. If we already had revenue wed be like mjxx that has 150 MILLION mc! And not really any sales to subatantiate it. And doesn't even have its own products. Many just have license to sell prosucts others formulate. Youll also see in filing a huge portion of debt payed. Not anything a great product could payoff fast. Great ground floor opportunity. I've spoken to companies myself interested in partnership with PMBS and distributorship not just chains but businesses interested in working with PMBS I referred to management.
