DC, state laws vary, in CA the landlord cannot enter the property without a court order . . . it takes about 6 months to evict a deadbeat tenant, and it ends with the sheriff posting a notice of siezure, after an entry of judgement by the court . . . the landlord could not get in to black out the windows . . .

nor does it matter, radient has vacated the premises . . . and the debt owed to the landlord is still past due and payable . . .

i'm trying to pick the pocket of the big guys, while they're too busy robbing the bank to notice . . . long only . . .
