as i figured . . . the only question is did the aussies get the equipment out before the sheriff showed up . . . i bet they did . . . sometime late april is my guess . . .

i think it's safe to say they no longer have the tustin facility . . . if they did move the equipment to arizona under a new business name, the previous shareholders should raise a ruckus . . . the cusip and CIK# are still void, but they should own the leftovers . . .

where's charter? . . . that is the big question . . .
