s/s is unkown at this time... we get filings and all will be clear, but agree with your assessment that whatever it is, it will remain attractive and held tight by those that bought the run-up in 1st Q... zero volume after flipping SAR yesterday is also attractive--sellers are few and far between.

we are all in the same boat, we get something positive, we will get the buyers we have been waiting for...
