i think you are correct…. that alarmed me…. I bought in @ around this PPS early in the year…

… looks like he owns 9.8% under biotech llc…..

so, i was mistaken, thank you for correcting…

please not that biotech own JUST UNDER 10% . there are many reasons why a entity would own just under 10%. One of them being more freedom to sell at will…..if you own over 10% then you can not sell more than I believe 1% of the total months volume….i forget exactly, not a pro by any means…however the difference of being under or over 10% is surely one to be noted...
