CPST's price just went into Short Term Consolidation with volatility still high, but the 10 day volatility is decreasing.

This basically means the volatility has begun to decrease, and the move swings may continue slowing down toward the zero point of balance at Complete Consolidation where a significant move would be expected, up or down.
