The fertilizer innovation is currently a proprietary idea that is under development and has not yet been patented. I don't know if a patent application process has been started.

Alvin's 600 patents include the 50 listed in the USPTO database and foreign patents, and other U.S. patents he helped develop (or so I gathered) but aren't ascribed to him as inventor or assignee.

LT is in Las Vegas now. He confirmed bizops' efforts with the other investor group earlier this year and/or late last year. He also thinks he has solved the issue over monitoring thermal conditions during the magnatek pulse, but he did not elaborate and I did not ask him to.
