I don't know why a company would take money from Asher at 55% discount to the market to only suppress the stock price only to turn around and declare and pay cash dividends back to the shareholders with a tax liability on the distribution.

55% discounted cash and return it with a tax on the full value of the distribution. How stupid can this clown be?
