It was axiomatic Sept 2013 that without Vivo deal and their 15 million dollars, seizure of Alpha Biologics was certain. Therefore, if new gang knew what they were doing, seizure was the plan. In this regard Scep noted very surprising that no stock price action in 10 days between seizure and PR. My guess is explanation is seizure was not a surprise.
