Hudson Bay.... why now?

This suit is without merit and is meant to distract investors in WDDD to further suppress the share price. It's a form of blackmail.

I'm not worried, Kidrin is expecting a Markman verdict by Christmas and a trial in 2015... I expect Hudson expects the same and that is why the timing of their legal action is very encouraging.

For me, this means 1) I get to add more cheap shares. Just bought another 10K today under .17!!! and 2) Share price will go even higher if shorts like Hudson Bay are still short.... they will need to cover sometime... my guess is they hoped the press release on the suit would buy them time... not getting my shares.
