The language in the reports shows the company had been in dire straits for years due the tech bubble and the fact that Activision was getting FAT on WDDD's technology.

Kidrin has been running it alone and yet still managed to secure the top litigation firm in the sector FOR FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

And - he got some funding, maybe not the best but life blood non the less.
