what about the many shareholders, many, that are/were NOT in it for the whole ride? What about them? What about the shareholders that were waiting for the news so that USPR's stock price would run over $1 as was speculated here?
The shareholders who were NOT in it for the whole ride got screwed.
Any shareholders time frame is personal and perfectly acceptable. So the fact that USPR for months had been claiming they would release the results, and then didn't even know they couldn't release the results they wanted to, means that anybody that bought USPR with the intention of selling USPR after USPR released the results they said they would, got screwed.
Not only did USPR not go over $1 but it fell from .32 to .19 because USPR couldn't release the results.
