Arizona- I had his birth cert in my files here in PA. He was a commercial roofer and never needed ID as he traveled extensively between CO, NEV, and AZ working. Cost was zero for ID here, fill out form, show birth cert stand in front of the camera and bingo out you go with photo ID.

And the final thought, when it comes to politics and shenanigans of the players, I trust none of them. I think they are all crooked in some way shape or form, just some more than others. Many here on this board think all the evil resides with republicans and I agree there is evil there but they do not corner the market.
