Hey DJ or VF,

Could one or both of you clear up something for me?

Back on 30 Sep 14, our esteemed CEO filed the below notice of late filing for the annual report for this steaming pile.

The SEC allows a 15 day grace period for annual reports which would have been yesterday, 15 Oct.

However in the body of this filing Goldberg stated the annual would be released on 10 Oct.

Does Goldberg get extra credit for missing 2 deadlines?
