The wording on that latest filing is kind of funny

In connection with the Merger, on or about 11 days after the filing of this Schedule 14f-1 with the SEC, Brian Tuffin, Richard S. Hutchings, and Reginald Hollinger will resign as directors of the Company, and Ezra Green and Gelvin Stevensen will be elected directors of the Company and Ezra Green will be elected the Chairman of the Board.

So basically there will be an election on about October 25th, but they are already telling us who will be elected.

Sounds like some kind of half a$$ attempt at democracy in some violent 3rd world country where they will hold an election and you have the right to vote, but you will be watched and if you pull the lever for the other guy the man with the automatic weapon will shoot you and the rest of your family.
